Customer manages multiple projects across Water, Waste Water and Industrial Water verticals, serving government, public utilities and private corporations. O&M Services for Water is 24×7 and is deemed critical. Customer wanted to have a common platform for managing all assets, operations and maintenance. They undertook an end to end digitalization exercise from common codification to mobile app based transaction entry at point of work. Goal was to be 100% paperless and efficient operations meeting the critical needs of availability, reliability, maintainability and client level profitability.
