How does preparation relate to implementation?

TPM implementation runs as a 12-step programme in four stages (preparation, introduction, implementation and consolidation). An award assessment tests the later stages of a mature programme, so the evidence has to be in place before the visit. JIPM publishes winners by year on its global site. The tables below list the Indian companies on the lists for 2023, 2024 and 2025: award category, company and plant, with several plants of one company shown in one row. The data comes from the JIPM winners pages for 2023, 2024 and 2025. JIPM also keeps a 1964 to 2025 archive of all winners.

How do plants keep an outside view between award assessments?

Peer visits and benchmarking days, such as those run by associate agencies and industry bodies, show what other plants do. Customer or corporate audits may cover related ground.
